- Early check-in or late check-outs are available based on availability and depending on occupancy might be available for a surcharge.
- Minimum stays of two (2) nights may be required on weekends and/or holidays during peak season.
- Rates are subject to change.
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Room must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We are conveniently located in Dutchess County, in New York's Hudson Valley, LESS THAN 70 MILES TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN. THE BRINCKERHOFF Inn IS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO Peekskill, Cold Spring, Beacon, Poughkeepsie, New Paltz, Hyde Park, Rhinebeck, Bear Mountain, and Western Connecticut.

- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival for a full refund, less a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancelations within 15 days will be charged the total booking amount.
- In the event of an early departure, no refunds will be issued & the reservation will be charged as originally booked.
- Our guest rooms are located on the second and third floors, and accommodations are not wheelchair-accessible.
- Guest rooms sleep 2 people. We do not offer rollaway beds or cots.
- The historical nature of the Inn does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12.
- We regret that we cannot allow pets.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn, as per NYS Law that prohibits smoking indoors. This is a smoke-free property. Guests who do not respect these regulations will be charged $500 cleaning fee.
- Breakfast is available in our dining room each morning from 8am to 10am. With advance notice we can accommodate earlier or later breakfast times. With prior notification it is our pleasure to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please advise the Inn in advance of your arrival for dietary requests.
